How this works
Doses and weeks of supply are the vial strength divided by your weekly dose, rounded down to full doses:
weeks = floor(vial mg / weekly dose mg)
The runout date adds seven days per full dose to your start date, marking when you would draw the last full weekly dose. If you enter a vial price, cost per week is that price divided by the number of weeks:
cost per week = vial price / weeks
The cost figure covers the vial only, not shipping, syringes, or consultations. Reorder before the runout date so you never have a gap. To confirm storage limits once a vial is open, use the beyond-use date calculator, and see our guide on tracking compounded GLP-1 supplies.
Frequently asked questions
How many doses does a vial give me?
Doses per vial equals the total milligrams in the vial divided by your weekly dose, rounded down. A 10 mg vial at a 2.5 mg weekly dose gives four full doses.
How is the runout date worked out?
It takes your start date and adds seven days for each full weekly dose the vial holds. That is the date you would draw the last full dose, so plan reorders before then.
Does the cost per week include anything beyond the vial?
No. If you enter a vial price, cost per week is simply that price divided by the number of weeks the vial lasts. It ignores shipping, supplies, and consultation fees.
